Rishabh is a sustainability leader working on understanding how technical and financial solutions can increase the growth of sustainability in various industry. He is currently working as a data analyst with Internat Energy Solutions Canada- an energy consulting firm headquartered in Toronto and has worked previously in carbon markets of Canada and EU with ClearBlue Markets- a carbon market analytics firm headquartered in Toronto.
Earlier while working with a FinTech company in India, Rishabh observed the lack of sustainability around him and this motivated him to pursue MSc. in Sustainability Management at University of Toronto rather than a traditional MBA as a future career. The MScSM program has really helped him to develop his definition of sustainability. The integration of science and business provided by the program has helped him to cater his career in a field which not only he enjoys but also the one that matters in a long run. His current engagement as Corporate Secretary with “Connecting Environmental Professionals- Toronto”- a non-profit organization connecting the sustainability professionals and enthusiasts around the GTA area, has provided him a good platform to share his learnings from the program with a wider audience. In his free time Rishabh enjoys biking, playing board games and watching TV-series. He is also a very big fan of Harry Potter movies and is always ready for a trivia.
