About the Expert: Dr. Prakash Kashwan, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, University of Connecticut has dedicated his life towards understanding the connection between conservation and social justice. Prakash was one of Prof. Elinor Ostrom, Nobel prize recipient's doctoral students at the School of Public & Environmental Affairs, Indiana University, Bloomington. His latest book is a mirror towards understanding the deep linkages between environment and social justice.
